By registering as an Associate, City Partner, State Distributor, or Influencer on the Invenix Partner Platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to register on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Commission rates are defined in the Partner Agreement and may be updated periodically. Payouts are processed subject to verification of completed service requests and compliance with payout policies. Invenix reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
All partners are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting valid government-issued identity and address proof documents. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated time may result in account suspension.
Invenix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner's account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to Invenix or its customers. Partners may also request account deactivation by contacting support.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Invenix India Pvt. Ltd. Partners may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.
Invenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in the partner program. Our total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the partner.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
